Job Description:
The WorX Coordinator at Next Level Medical is responsible for overseeing and coordinating our workers' compensation program, ensuring efficient and effective case management, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Reporting to the Vice President of Integrated Operations, this role is crucial in upholding our core values of Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion within the workers' compensation program.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workers' compensation program, including case management, claims processing, and communication with employees, employers, and insurance carriers
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized return-to-work plans for injured employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local workers' compensation laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster relationships with external partners, including employers, insurance carriers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless program administration
Pay Range:
The salary range for the WorX Coordinator position is $37,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
FLSA Status:
This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation program management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workers' compensation management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating commitment to our core values
