JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title:    Global SAP SuccessFactors Application Admin

Reports To:        Director, People Digital Experience

Role Type:          Individual Contributor

Location:            Pune

 

Purpose of the role

 

To provide technical support for the development of GRC and execute reliability services-related projects across the globe.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Application Admin to join our team in Pune, India. In this role you will contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on one or two key areas such as Employee Central, Compensation Management or Recruitment.

You will support both local and Group People Experience (PX) teams, helping to improve system performance and user experience through expert-level support and continuous enhancement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on one or two of the following:
    • Employee Central
    • Compensation Management
    • Recruitment
  • Provide second-level support for SAP SF modules, including complex master data updates and end-user assistance.
  • Ensure end user adoption of set process and system management
  • Develop and implement system enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with local and Group PX as well as Group IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve queries across supported modules.
  • Conduct regular system and data audits, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Qualifications and experience

  • Overall five plus years of experience and hands-on experience in one or two SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Compensation or Recruiting.
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module is required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment in a global environment.
  • Ability to manage complex data scenarios and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
