What You'll Do:

Deliver a Legendary Customer Experience

• Greet every guest like they just rolled into their second home.
• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable service to walk-in, event, and phone customers.
• Help customers find gear and apparel that fits their lifestyle - and their bike.
• Go the extra mile to keep our customers satisfied, coming back, and feeling the Harley love.

Drive Retail Performance

• Process payments with accuracy and a smile using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts responsibly and efficiently.
• Assist with in-store promotions, new product launches, and seasonal displays.
• Support inventory accuracy by tagging, logging, and stocking merchandise.
• Keep displays fresh, organized, clean, and always looking ride-ready.

Support Store Events and Community Engagement

• Help bring our MotorClothes area to life during events like open houses, HOG® rides, fashion shows, and local rallies.
• Promote new arrivals, sales, and special items with excitement and insight.
• Jump in where needed - whether it’s setting up a tent outside, helping with a photo booth, or cheering on your team at a dealership party.

• Friendly, approachable, and totally comfortable striking up a conversation.
• Fashion-forward, with an eye for Harley-Davidson gear and style.
• A team player who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to learn - especially when it comes to product knowledge and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Prior retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must maintain a clean, polished appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, crouching, and twisting.
• Will occasionally work outside during events - sunshine, wind, or whatever the ride brings.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily indoor work on the showroom floor.
• May be occasionally exposed to exhaust, fumes, or cleaning materials related to dealership operations.
