We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist in the assembly and maintenance of boats. This role involves performing daily operational tasks, troubleshooting issues during the build process, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, adapt well to a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively with Customer Support regarding project progress. You must have the ability to follow instructions, uphold professionalism, and contribute positively to the team. 

Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in developing, measuring, and meeting/exceeding standards and timetables for each task.
   
• Perform maintenance duties and tasks related to the daily functional needs of the job.
   
• Communicate progress and schedule updates to Customer Support.
   
• Request supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects and help maintain inventory.
   
• Perform basic troubleshooting during the boat-building process.
   
• Follow safety practices and report concerns as necessary.
   
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop environment.
   
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
