Scheduled Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid meal break and one 15-minute paid break every four hours

Job Purpose
As a Shelby Performance Parts Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting with order placements, product inquiries, and account information related to automotive performance parts and Shelby merchandise. You will utilize established procedures to address and resolve customer concerns, while maintaining high standards of service through follow-up communications and support.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions
- Customer Support: Answer calls, place orders and manage inquiries related to automotive performance parts, merchandise, and customer accounts.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties including record maintenance and customer database management.
- Correspondence: Prepare and respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Attendance: Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Customer Assistance: Evaluate and address customer needs, ensuring compliance with Shelby standards.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of three years in a similar role. High School/G.E.D. required.
- Drug Screen: Ability to pass pre-employment, random, or reasonable suspicion drug screens.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
