Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Responsible for assisting with the month-end close, help with maintaining the G/L system, producing monthly financial packet to leadership and assisting with terminal/cost center allocations.
- Responsible for journal entries associated with month-end close activities.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly duties that relate to the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledge accounts owned.
- Accumulate information and assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet and Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Assist and audits of financial statements and Company 401K plan.
- Analyze key financial data, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations.
- Verify accuracy of data, makes recommendations, and assists in consolidation and elimination of inter-company activity.
- May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- Two years of relative business experience including one year analytical experience.
- Big 4 experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major in accounting or finance-Masters degree and/or CPA preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; advanced oral and written communication skills and possess strong interpersonal skills; demonstrate good judgment and discretion; self-motivated and flexible; possess technical accounting knowledge; ability to analytically review fluctuations and financial reporting system background a necessity; strong problem solving skills; ability to evaluate and utilize statistical information; leadership & commitment to continuous improvement; Timeline, Impromptu, Infinium, and Innovative system knowledge a plus.
Pay Range: $64,500.00 - $85,500.00 Annual
