- Oversee end-to-end production workflows
- Develop production timelines, budgets, and resource plans for both internal and client-facing projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, RevOps, etc.) to align video goals with business objectives
- Creative Oversight
- Collaborate with creative leads, directors, writers, designers, editors, to ensure content meets brand standards and client and stakeholder expectations
- Review scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts to maintain quality and consistency
- Advocate for storytelling that resonates with B2B audiences while balancing creative innovation
- Team Coordination & Role Management
- Organize and guide internal video team (editors, shooters, animations, etc.) across projects
- Assign roles and responsibilities based on project needs and team strengths
- Foster a collaborative environment that supports feedback, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Note: This role does not include direct reports but is responsible for coordinating team efforts across projects
- Client & stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for Impact and client production projects
- Translate client briefs into actionable production plans and timelines
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Budget & Resource Allocation
- Track production costs and ensure projects stay within budget
- Manage vendor relationships, freelance contracts, and licensing needs
- Performance & ROI Tracking
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing team to measure video performance and impact
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking for revenue attribution between internal and external work
- Use performance insights to inform future production strategies
- Process Optimization
- Develop and refine SOPs for production workflows, asset management, and client delivery
- Implement tools and systems that streamline collaboration and feedback
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and licensing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Extensive production experience ideally with experience in various roles (e.g., production assistant, production managers/coordinator)
- 5+ years of experience in media production, content creation, media project management – preferably in the B2B or agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple production projects simultaneously, from pre production to post
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, etc.) and external clients
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, Frame.io, and cloud based asset management systems
- Solid grasp of budgeting, resource planning, and vendor/freelance coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in both internal brand storytelling and client-facing content production
- Understanding of performance metrics and how video content supports marketing and revenue goals
- Abilit to translate creative briefs into actional production plans
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with licensing, usage rights, and compliance in video production

- Expected salary range of $80,000 - $95,000
