Materials Mover  – 3rd Shift

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (4x10s)

Life Line Emergency Vehicles is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Materials Mover  team member to join our 3rd shift operations. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting production by keeping parts moving efficiently, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to make a direct impact in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Material Handling & Delivery

• Pick materials from the stockroom based on Material Pick Lists (MPLs).

• Use the computer system to locate part numbers and bin locations.

• Deliver parts to the production area using wire carts.

• Respond to requests from production coordinators and materials liaisons.

Inventory Management

• Enter accurate inventory transactions and issue materials to Work-In-Progress (WIP).

• Refill Kanban inventory bins and support inventory flow.

• Perform cycle counts on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.

Team Support

• Work closely with production, engineering, and materials team members.

• Assist with returns, part requests, and resolving material-related issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and stockroom environment.

• Safely operate forklifts to move and transport materials.

What You Bring

• Strong counting, math, and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow and interpret work orders.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication (phone, email, and face-to-face).

• Basic forklift experience or willingness to train.

• Team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with inventory systems or materials handling.

• Knowledge of Life Line products and manufacturing processes.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (high school diploma required).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regularly required to walk, lift, bend, kneel, and carry items up to 50 lbs.

• Work indoors with exposure to temperature changes, mechanical equipment, and airborne particles.

• Must be able to use senses such as sight, touch, and hearing to perform job duties.
