Digital Content Coordinator (1 position)

Role Snapshot Own the student-led social media pipeline from idea to post. You lead content meetings, direct shoots, and keep the calendar on track while mentoring contributors and tracking weekly performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan monthly themes and weekly content schedules
· Coordinate and film campus events, student stories, and trending moments
· Edit and publish Reels, TikToks, and Shorts in GWU voice
· Coach contributors on creative best practices and brand guidelines
· Pull and share weekly analytics, highlighting wins and next steps
What You’ll Need
· At least one semester completed at GWU
· Strong portfolio of short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
· Confident on-camera presence and solid editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
· Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading peers
