What the role involves

In this role, we analyze purchase and sale contracts for merchandise to the final consumer, based on the company's established order processing and risk analysis policies, and communicate decisions to the distributor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate all relevant information in a contract to determine approval or denial according to company policies.
  • Participate in departmental trainings, meetings, and feedback sessions on products, processes, and performance.
  • Understand and adhere to the legal and compliance standards outlined in corporate policies, and take responsibility for performing tasks that meet these requirements. Report any compliance violations when identified.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Associate degree, technical career, or equivalent university education.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Typing and multitasking skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Schedule M-F 8:00 – 5:00 pm and 1 Saturday morning per month
