Job Summary

As a Senior Real Estate Finance Analyst at Ironhorn Enterprises, your primary responsibility will be

leading the property finance function. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with lenders and equity

groups to secure and manage capital for acquisitions, refinancing, and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proforma Development: Lead preparation of building-level proformas and investment
• summaries to inform financing and investment decisions.
• Engagement with Lenders and Equity Groups: Lead communications with lenders and equity
• partners, prepare financing packages, and negotiate key terms to secure favorable debt and
• equity.
• Capital Structuring: Evaluate financing options and recommend capital structures that align with
• company goals.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support financing
• decisions, acquisitions, and portfolio management.
• Underwriting: Perform underwriting of new acquisitions and tenant credit, with a focus on
• integrating results into financing strategies.
• Due Diligence: Oversee financial due diligence for acquisitions, tenants, and refinancing
• opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance or real estate experience.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, debt and equity placement, and/or real estate
• finance.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
