Job Summary
As a Junior Real Estate Finance Analyst, you will support the Finance Team in managing property finance
functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with engagement of lenders and equity groups,
supporting debt and equity placement, maintaining financial models, and helping manage property-level
financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proforma Development: Support preparation of building-level proformas and investment
- summaries.
- Engagement with Lenders and Equity Groups: Support senior staff in preparing materials and
- communications for lenders and equity partners, and assist in coordinating financing processes.
- Financial Modeling: Maintain and update financial models for active properties and potential
- acquisitions.
- Underwriting Assistance: Provide support in underwriting acquisitions and tenant credit
- reviews.
- Due Diligence Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing documents for property and tenant
- due diligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant finance or real estate experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience in financial modeling preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
