WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Onboarding Coordinator will manage the Onboarding process post offer. The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that KNAPP Inc. employees are onboarded in an effective manner, be the bridge between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and help engage employees from day-one.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage pre-hire screenings processes, such as background checks, physicals, and drug screenings for all candidates
- Ensure new-hire onboarding paperwork is completed prior to day-one
- Ensure New Hire Day 1 Tasks and Trainings are assigned and complete within first week of hire
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of new hire employee profiles into HR Systems
- Distribute first week, 30- and 90-day surveys to new hires as well as monthly quality of hire surveys to supervisors
- Work with the IT and Facilities Departments to ensure new-hire equipment and workspaces are ready for the new-hire on day-one
- Assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientation sessions
- Manage the I-9 process ensuring compliance
- Complete Employment Verifications for all new hires as well as any necessary reverifications
- Interface with vendors for onboarding processes
- Organize and maintain employee file records in electronic form
- Support HR leadership with the implementation of the onboarding strategy
- Back-up Recruiting Coordinators and HR Administrator as needed
- Other duties as required
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or comparable combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills which include organization and attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively and courteously with candidate, employees, and hiring managers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools/Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Overtime (occasional) as required by work

- Valid passport or ability to obtain passport
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Physical requirements may include: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
