As an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager, your responsibilities include coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. You’ll work closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide essential financial services to dealership customers. Here are some key duties and qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling Financing and Insurance: Engage with customers to sell financing and insurance products.
- Financial Goals and Objectives: Responsible for achieving financial services goals and gross production targets.
- Credit Applications: Review customer credit applications to assess eligibility.
- Extended Service Contracts: Offer extended service contracts and other owner protection programs.
- Profitability Assessment: Evaluate the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.
- Menu Selling Process: Utilize effective menu selling techniques.
- Documentation Completion: Ensure all necessary documentation for each deal is complete using a deal checklist.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to financial services and products.
- Safeguard and Transaction Compliance: Support the dealership’s initiatives in these areas.
- Organizational Compliance: Ensure all activities align with organizational guidelines and legal requirements.
- Financing Documents: Oversee the completion and submission of financing documents.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions.
- Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
- Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of automotive dealership F&I producer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Requirements
