Position Details:

Title: Spanish Customer Service Agent 

Department: Customer Service   

Location: TLCHQ  

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with effective listening skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
  • Display a positive and respectful attitude
  • Maintain good attendance
  • Effective time management skills with ability to multitask
  • Exercise strong problem solving skills using set policies, procedures and product information
  • Self-Motivated
  • Developed basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and a working knowledge of “Back Office” software including data input and retrieval (training provided).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while providing professional customer support
  • Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • High School/GED required
  • 3 weeks paid training
  • Compensation based on experience
  • Bilingual a must- fluent English and Spanish
