Title: Spanish Customer Service Agent

Reports To: Customer Service Manager
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with effective listening skills

- Maintain good attendance
- Effective time management skills with ability to multitask
- Exercise strong problem solving skills using set policies, procedures and product information
- Self-Motivated
- Developed basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and a working knowledge of “Back Office” software including data input and retrieval (training provided).
- Ensure customer satisfaction while providing professional customer support
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
- High School/GED required
- 3 weeks paid training
- Compensation based on experience
- Bilingual a must- fluent English and Spanish
