Inventory Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise receiving and shipping
- Tagging and packaging merchandise
- Quality control
- Processing vendor returns
- Assisting stores to ensure accurate inventory
- Scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks
Inventory Specialist Competencies:
- Attention to detail with the goal of 100% accuracy
- Passion and understanding of jewelry basics
- Self-motivation skills with a continued desire to learn
- Proficient in balancing workload, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Must be dexterous to work with small items
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs.

The Inventory Specialist is a full-time, 40-hour per week, Monday through Friday position, with occasional weekends, in our corporate office. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the corporate office is located in Waterville, ME.
