About the role


A Customer Success Manager (CSM) at SalesAi plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes while using our company’s leading Ai technology. The CSM acts as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, focusing on adoption, value creation, relationship-building, customer satisfaction, and the overall success and retention of the client base.


What you'll do

  • Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for the orchestration of all deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion opportunities with a portfolio of clients.
  • Responsible for assuring customer retention and growth among clients in portfolio
  • Help your customers achieve their business goals and outcomes with SalesAi by:
    • Monitoring the adoption of the use cases and features within the SalesAi platform.
    • Providing timely, proactive guidance on how to realize documented goals and outcomes.
    • Engaging with customers through regular check points and assure clients are taking advantage of all ways they can connect and engage with SalesAi and its community.
    • Minimize concerns of the customer and manage potential risk in the relationship with proactive communication and problem solving.
    • Understanding the customers use cases, market, and business objectives to be able to give timely and relevant advice on how they can leverage the SalesAi platform to meet and exceed their business objectives
  • Conduct periodic customer reviews and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any potential concerns or obstacles to achieving business goals and outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases to assist with the timely resolution of these issues.


What you bring

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, account management, sales, or a related field. Internships or part-time jobs in these areas can be beneficial as well.
  • A passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand customer issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong sense of empathy to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • A demonstrated comfort level with software products and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities as well as work needed by you as an employee to fulfill our company’s objectives


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) business models and how subscription-based services operate.
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) technologies, applications, and their benefits in a business context.
  • Basic knowledge of the traditional sales development function within a company with a focus on lead generation and cold outreach tactics.
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools similar to Hubspot
