We Are Looking For

FDH Electronics is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing a team of account managers and will ensure that sales targets are met. This role will own the end-to-end sales process within the assigned accounts in their geography/territory and drive revenue and sales growth of assigned accounts by building customer relationships, identifying needs, and cultivating a high-performance sales culture on their team. 


What You'll Do

  • Achieve the annual sales quota for assigned accounts while leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Qualify sales leads routed from Sales Department and drive leads to close deals.
  • Assess customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans; update rolling forecast monthly and report on variances.
  • Monitor and maintain profitability with assigned accounts consistent with overall division strategy.
  • Proactively manage changing landscape of product costs.
  • Perform other duties as required.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in account management or business development
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and sales analytics
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieve goals
  • In depth knowledge of the aerospace industry is highly preferred


Special Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR requirement
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
