We Are Looking For
This Quality Associate will be highly organized, methodical and have the experience necessary to take our business to the next level in accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Review and verify outgoing orders against customer purchase orders and internal documentation.
- Ensure all items, quantities, and packaging meet company and customer requirements.
- Identify and report discrepancies, such as incorrect items, quantities, or labeling issues, before shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse pickers, packers, and shipping teams to resolve order discrepancies.
- Conduct quality checks on packaging, labeling, and documentation for compliance.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking tools to confirm order accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of verified orders and discrepancies for reporting purposes.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing orders.
- Ability to read and interpret customer orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift shipments as needed.
