Hybrid SENIOR ACCOUNTANT bei Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City

Under the direction of the Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager, the incumbent will assist with the preparation of financial statements.

• Pay Range $71,000-94,000

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepares financial statements.
• Prepares bank reconciliations and detailed account analysis.
• Analyzes fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets.
• Assists Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager with supervising staff accountants.
• Assists Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system.
• Assists with external and internal audits.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required, as well as one (1) to three (3) years of similar accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of hotel and casino operations, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must have excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office and Infinium accounting software.
• Must be able to analyze financial records and interpret for other departments
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
