We are an IT Managed Service Provider
looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to generate first-time appointment meetings for our outside sales team. This role requires persistence, confidence, and a proven track record in outbound sales. No IT experience needed or required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Engage decision-makers and set qualified appointments for the outside sales team
- Work within a structured sales process and meet/exceed KPI targets
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in CRM software
- Adapt messaging to resonate with potential customers
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies
- Lead and List Management for long term sale pipeline activities
- Clear documentation of sales activities/interactions
Qualifications:
- 1yr Previous experience in high-touch, high-rejection sales (call center, door-to-door sales, or high-volume retail)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-focused environment
- No technical experience required—just a hunger for success
