Job Title: Parts Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Parts Manager to oversee the parts department and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team to meet departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train parts department staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms to optimize costs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the parts department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in parts management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is preferred.
