About the role :

We are seeking an experienced Security System Administrator to join our team and take charge of securing and evolving our IT infrastructure. This strategic role combines technical cybersecurity expertise, infrastructure management, and the ability to propose innovative solutions to strengthen our security posture.


Responsibilities:
  • Security and Architecture (80%)
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Deploy and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across all company tools
  • Implement and manage SCIM protocols for automated user account provisioning
  • Ensure access governance and privilege management
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Lead the enterprise-wide audit logs project
  • Establish processes for collecting, centralizing, and analyzing security logs
  • Ensure action traceability and regulatory compliance
  • Operational Cybersecurity
  • Maintain and enhance detection and response tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM)
  • Manage vulnerability management solutions and orchestrate remediation campaigns
  • Monitor network threats and coordinate incident response activities
  • Data Management and Classification
  • Implement and maintain document classification policies
  • Deploy Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools across all platforms
  • Ensure sensitive data protection and GDPR compliance
  • Infrastructure and DevSecOps
  • Deploy and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructures using Terraform
  • Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Automate secure deployments and configuration management
  • Research and Continuous Improvement
  • Drive proposals for continuous security posture improvement
  • Conduct technology watch on emerging threats and new solutions
  • Propose and implement security enhancement projects
  • User Support (20%)
  • Provide Level 1/2/3 technical support for IT security issues
  • Guide users in adopting secure tools and processes
  • Resolve technical incidents related to security solutions


  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information systems security
  • Demonstrated experience managing secure infrastructures and implementing Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Proven track record in security and infrastructure project management, including DevSecOps implementations
  • Core Priorities (First Year Focus )Infrastructure as Code:
  • Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure deployment and management
  • Container Orchestration: Kubernetes administration and security best practices
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals: vulnerability management, incident response
  • Required Technical Skills
  • Identity management: SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM, Azure AD
  • Security monitoring: EDR/XDR, audit logging
  • Scripting and automation capabilities


  • Nice to have:
  • Multi-cloud experience (OVH/Azure/GCP)
  • Security frameworks knowledge (ISO 27001)
  • Python scripting
  • Soft Skills
  • Autonomy and ability to manage complex end-to-end projects
  • Analytical mindset to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions
  • Communication skills to raise awareness and train teams on best practices
