- Maintain data accurately and efficiently across various platforms (CRMs & Google Sheet)
- Update and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordination by assisting with data requests.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies or anomalies.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks to support the needs of the team and the organization.
- Ability to analyze data logically and identify patterns or trends.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
- A degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or/and Google Sheet or other similar office software.
- Excel Macro or Google Script will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interdepartmental coordination.
