Position Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify New Clients: Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, networking events, social media, and referrals.
- Develop Relationships: Connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions aligned with our services.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to better position our offerings.
- Present Offerings: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demos that demonstrate value, solve client issues, and illustrate benefits.
- Seal Deals: Negotiate terms and complete contracts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Meet Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company growth.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in sales, especially in roles focused on acquiring new customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience using CRM tools and understanding sales analytics.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
