We are seeking a Training Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team at our Corporate office in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the L&D Manager, the Training Facilitator will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs for Deposit Services/Branch employees, specifically new hires. This role will also be responsible for working with key stakeholders on ensuring consistency within the branches, including policies, compliance trainings, front-facing employee development, and identifying upskilling opportunities. This role will sit primarily with the branches, floating between branches based on training needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and effectively conduct employee training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas in which training is required and/or beneficial
- Evaluate and modify existing or proposed programs; suggest and implement suitable changes
- Facilitate delivery of training by reserving and setting up needed audiovisual equipment and training rooms; scheduling training times with attendees; preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts; and performing other related tasks
- Design, draft, and/or acquire new training materials
- Perform other related duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years retail banking experience
- 1+ years of Personal Banker/Account Executive or similar experience
- 1+ years of training experience in a corporate training setting (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Ability to design and implement effective training
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical compensation for this role is $55,900 – $74,900. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
