Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the necessary regulatory compliance and quality standards in the diverse markets we operate.

The Product Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing product specifications, ensuring adherence to regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate compliance activities across various product lines to ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
  • Managing the compliance of the Euronet software products for PA DSS security and the international card association mandated requirements. 
  • Review product documentation and specifications for compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with product development teams to integrate compliance measures into the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess the impact on existing products.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance records and documentation.
  • Support audit processes by providing the necessary compliance documentation and information.
  • Assist in training staff on compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and consumer protection teams to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards relevant to the financial technology industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Financial Transaction processing systems.
  • Ability to understand the technical aspects of payment processing.
  • Experience working with software developers.
