About the Role:
My Code is seeking a well-rounded Senior Director, Platform Revenue to lead and grow our programmatic and indirect revenue business across our Owned & Operated web properties and premium publisher network. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital advertising and ad tech including SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and ad servers, as well as, a strong analytical mindset and a track record of managing high-value partnerships. You will oversee a team driving platform monetization, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize yield, enhance ad product strategy, and scale revenue. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key platform revenue partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, networks) to maximize yield across My Code’s ad stack.
- Lead a team responsible for platform monetization strategy and operations, including PMP optimization, pre-bid stack management, and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team, ad agencies, and brand clients to grow private marketplace (PMP, PG) deals and promote My Code’s supply offering.
- Identify and deepen under-leveraged revenue partnerships across the platform ecosystem.
- Drive programmatic strategy and product development, including pricing, ad formats, and internal process improvements.
- Define and evolve best practices across My Code’s ad tech platforms and data monetization initiatives.
- Build and refine processes for programmatic operations, including deal setup, live optimizations, and supply yield management.
- Support emerging media strategies across CTV, audio, and curation platforms.
- Partner with the publisher team to ensure proper ad tech implementation and ongoing operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; ideally in Business, Marketing, or a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science).
- 7–10 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or publishing, with a focus on programmatic revenue, yield optimization, or platform operations.
- Proven experience managing partnerships in the SSP/DSP ecosystem, with established industry relationships.
- Deep familiarity with Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP), AdX, and managing comprehensive ad stacks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, etc.) and comfort analyzing multi-source data to inform decisions.
- Strong understanding of brand-focused KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPCV) and hands-on experience managing day-to-day partner communication.
- Experience with ad tech platforms such as ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs—and a willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
- Familiarity with a variety of ad formats including display, video, mobile, native, audio, and CTV.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset.

- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $185,000. The salary and bonus structure are determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
