Salary Range: $38,000.00 to $51,500.00
Location
Lombard, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.
Role Summary
The role involves evaluating and enhancing processes, problem-solving, and offering recommendations for Service Recovery to boost efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes. This position contributes to process improvement initiatives by effectively communicating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Leveraging knowledge, good judgment, and decision-making skills, Analyst 2 addresses situations and implements corrective measures to meet customer expectations. Furthermore, they provide regular reports to management, detailing significant activities and suggesting avenues for improvement. This role also entails managing escalated dispute resolutions, requiring adept judgment and decision-making abilities to navigate complex scenarios effectively. |
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting problems, in areas of operation to identify opportunities for improvements in costs and services.
- They will be responsible to provide weekly/monthly reports to upper management.
- Assist with periodic variance analysis and reporting for Inland Operations
