Hybrid Marketing Executive bei Resulting Ltd

What will your day look like?

• You’ll lead the planning and delivery of global events, including logistics, data capture and follow-up.
• You’ll run PR and media relations activity, coordinating with agencies and partners where appropriate.
• You’ll work with colleagues based in North America to align marketing with our global strategy, adapted for local needs.
• You’ll oversee and optimise marketing automation processes including workflows, lead scoring, and trigger-based communications.
• You’ll execute and improve nurture strategies through CRM analysis and lifecycle management.
• You’ll manage awards submissions, ensuring entries are compelling, complete, and submitted on time.
• You’ll produce clear, actionable marketing reporting (KPIs, dashboards) for leadership visibility and decision-making.
• You’ll deliver actionable customer insights through data analysis
• You’ll identify opportunities and manage activities to improve off-site SEO performance.
• You’ll manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, to support lead generation and brand awareness objectives.

We’d love you to have some or all of the following

• A proven background in B2B marketing operations, data and reporting.
• A strong understanding of paid search, and social advertising
• An analytical mindset and a love of making processes better
• A natural inclination to be highly organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to make things happen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

Ideally you’ll also have

• An inquisitive nature and the appetite to learn new skills
• The desire to thrive in a team where sleeves are rolled up, where no task is beneath anyone, and where clarity and certainty are valued above jargon
• Previous experience in a consultancy environment
