Hybrid Manager, Human Resources bei Keppel Corporation

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner business leaders to translate business objectives into targeted HR strategies that foster employee engagement and advance organisational success
• Influence managers in the areas of leadership, organisation effectiveness, change management, organisation architecture and capability building
• Drive a high-performance culture ensuring that leaders are effective in the performance management of their team
• Act as an employee champion and change agent. Assist in the formulation and implementation of key HR initiatives and programmes such as employer branding, talent acquisition strategies, employee onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations in the employee life cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, employee discipline and exit management
• Work closely with stakeholders (eg. Line Managers, HR Centres of Excellence, HR Shared Service Centre) to deliver a positive employee experience
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• >8 years’ relevant experience as a business partner
• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, complex and changing environment
• Willingness and ability to be both strategic as well as tactical (hands-on) with all levels of the organisation
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
