What the day will look like
- Represent Marine Claims as a member of the Asia Claims Leadership team
- Engage as the senior point of contact for escalation to the benefit of clients on Marine
- Contribute to new business and growth by articulating the value and differentiation of Aon Claims
- Support the talent agenda for Marine Claims across Asia
- Ensure engagement with CRS Claim leaders in other geographies and business units to bring the full benefit to clients
- Actively engage in carrier management activities, surveyor, lawyers and vendor relationship management
- Representation of Aon as Claims Leader in the industry through committee, advisory board and speaking / publication engagements
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Extensive technical experience in Marine Claims
- Strong track record of establishing and executing business strategies
- Well-connected across international markets; strong influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively and in cooperation with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
