Job Description:
  • Assegurar o serviço de Service Desk utilizando várias ferramentas para tratamento, despiste, resolução ou encaminhamento de tickets.
  • Assegurar o acompanhamento dos tickets (incidents/requests/changes) registados, de modo a garantir os SLA’s end-to-end;
Qualifications:
  • Experiência técnica para resolução de temas no âmbito de TI’s/SI’s
  • Conhecimentos de Office 365, Teams, windows
  • Conhecimento de servicenow (preferencial,não mandatório)
