We’re seeking a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team and deliver outstanding results across all customer channels — including e-commerce, phone, service drive, and in-store walk-in traffic.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, maximizing customer satisfaction, and coaching a team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate is both digitally savvy and customer-focused, with a proven track record in retail automotive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of sales associates across multiple channels
- Oversee e-commerce lead flow and digital customer engagement
- Optimize phone call handling, follow-up, and conversion processes
- Drive service lane sales opportunities through consistent presence and coaching
- Manage and convert walk-in traffic with an emphasis on personalized service
- Collaborate with internet, BDC, and service departments to ensure a unified sales strategy
- Monitor and report on KPIs, lead response times, and customer retention metrics
- Ensure compliance with company standards and all local/state regulations
- Support inventory management, pricing, and merchandising strategies
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in automotive high-volume retail
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and lead-handling processes
- Experience working with service drive sales strategies and in-store traffic flow
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
- High level of personal accountability and a results-driven mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
