Homeoffice CD Specialist - Remote Position bei EMM Loans

At EMM Loans, we're not your average mortgage banker—we’re a passionate team dedicated to transparency, speed, and service. We're looking for a Closing Disclosure (CD) Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

-Accurately prepare and review the Initial Closing Disclosure and send to the borrowers in a timely manner.

-Verify that all information on the Closing Disclosure, including loan terms, fees, and closing costs, aligns with the latest Loan Estimate.

-Have effective communication with the LO’s, Processors and Title Agents in balancing the Closing Disclosure. 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in mortgage closing or CD prep (wholesale experience a big plus)

✅ Experience using Encompass or similar LOS software

✅ Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
