Ziker is looking for a full time Office & Accounting Specialist. This primary responsibilities of this role are to complete weekly reporting in Excel, perform all functions related to accounts payable and receivable, as well as provide customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a desire for growth.
Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Mission!
- Weekly Reporting: Track and prepare data to complete the weekly management reports and graphs on time every week. Create, update, and maintain regular spreadsheets including but not limited to route sales tracking, referrals, subscriptions, etc.
- Accounts Payable: Receive, review and verify invoices for appropriate approval. Enter invoices and expenses in QuickBooks Online and prepare checks and/or schedule payments within agreed upon terms. Maintain vendor records and request W9 forms as needed. Keep organized records per company policy.
- Accounts Receivable: Prepare and send monthly statements to customers. Monitor account balances and contact customers about past due balances and to update credit cards on file. Handle billing inquiries and process payments as necessary.
- Customer Service & Phone Support: Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers when possible or direct to the appropriate contact. Assist with answering incoming web chats. Ensure that all customers’ needs and problems are satisfied in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide support and complete tasks for management as needed. Responsibilities may include but not be limited to reviewing timecards and attendance, distribution of monthly learning modules, employee recognition and communication programs, and ordering supplies among others.
Required Minimum Experience
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years working experience in a customer service role
- 3+ years working experience in accounting and administration
- 3+ years of working with Quickbooks and ADP
- Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with a team
