- Support study coordinators with administrative tasks and manage patient visit scheduling as per protocol requirements.
- Conduct vital data collection tasks such as vital signs, EKGs, patient interviews, and medical record reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for regulatory submissions and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform phlebotomy and manage lab specimen collection, processing, and shipping according to trial protocols.
- Efficiently handle research office calls, providing necessary assistance and triaging inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with the Clinical Research Team, exhibiting professionalism and strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferably one year of experience as a medical assistant with phlebotomy; minimum 6 months' experience in a medical office setting or equivalent work.
- Preferred background in Clinical Research or medical field.
- Proficiency in lab draws including phlebotomy, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRIO (preferred), and research-related databases. Willingness to learn lab specimen processing procedures with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills.
