Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Follow up on daily assigned leads (10 warm leads per day)
• Track all customer progress in the internal CRM
• Communicate with customers via phone and email (incoming and outgoing)
• Move each call with a customer toward the close of a sale
• Ensure follow-ups happen throughout the entire sales cycle (average 100 days)
• Develop and follow processes for closing sales
• Write up a bill of materials and quotes for every customer
• Work cross-functionally with team members
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications
• 2+ years of consultative sales experience required
• Ability to advance sales opportunities across multi-touch sales cycles required
