What You’ll Do:

As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to both wholesale and retail customers within your assigned territory. You’ll own the sales process from prospecting and cold calling to account management and relationship building. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll champion our promotions, deliver value-added solutions, and ensure customers turn to Auto Value first for their parts needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business through consistent outreach and relationship-building.

  • Partner with the store leader to execute strategic call schedules that drive revenue and market share.

  • Promote company sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of sales goals, programs, and performance metrics.

  • Complete sales transactions in line with company standards and best practices.

  • Stay sharp through ongoing training on products, services, and customer success strategies.

  • Represent Auto Value with professionalism, energy, and integrity.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in automotive or industrial parts.

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
