What You’ll Do:
As our Outside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to both wholesale and retail customers within your assigned territory. You’ll own the sales process from prospecting and cold calling to account management and relationship building. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll champion our promotions, deliver value-added solutions, and ensure customers turn to Auto Value first for their parts needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Grow existing accounts and develop new business through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
Partner with the store leader to execute strategic call schedules that drive revenue and market share.
Promote company sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Maintain detailed knowledge of sales goals, programs, and performance metrics.
Complete sales transactions in line with company standards and best practices.
Stay sharp through ongoing training on products, services, and customer success strategies.
Represent Auto Value with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in automotive or industrial parts.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
