Description
We are looking for an Experienced Staffing Industry Professional to be a Regional Manager over our Arizona branches. (Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson and Nogales)
The Regional Manager oversees the operation of multiple branches within a region, always ensuring efficiency in both strategic and tactical day-to-day responsibilities. They implement sales strategies to increase productivity and ensure overall organization profitability. Will be overseeing 2 branches with ability to expand into other cities.

Performs the following duties, but not limited to:
- Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Communicating with People Outside the Organization - Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Negotiate or approve contracts or agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal or state agencies, or other organizational entities.
- Developing and Building Teams - Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates - Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Developing Objectives and Strategies - Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them. Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
- Monitoring and Controlling Resources - Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of money. Direct or coordinate region's financial and/or budget activities to fund operations, maximize profits, and/or increase efficiency.
- Judging the Qualities of Objects, Services, or People - Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
- Analyzing Data or Information - Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
- Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others - Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Qualifications
In order to qualify you must:
- Industry Experience – Must have minimum of 3 years Management experience in the Staffing Industry
- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Sales experience (in light and industrial staffing preferred); proven track record in B2B sales; understanding of Key Performance Indicators and other metrics as measures of success.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Experience overseeing multiple facilities/branches with sales and operations functions.
- Experience managing sales and operations teams at multiple sites.
