Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to help support our CCBX President. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. The EA will serve as a strategic partner, managing day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling to ensure the CCBX President can focus on leading the company.
HOW YOU'LL DO IT
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-volume meetings (internal/external), travel arrangements, and logistics for the CCBX President.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the CEO, Presidents and internal/external stakeholders.
- Inbox & Workflow Management: Help manage executive email communications, prioritize responses, and draft correspondence when needed.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefings, agendas, presentations, and follow-up documents; attend select meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Event Planning: Support planning for board meetings, investor events, and leadership offsites.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate across departments (Product, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) to ensure priorities are communicated and deadlines are met.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience supporting a C-level executive or founder.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Products, Teams, slack, and project/task management platforms.
- Discreet, dependable, and highly responsive.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to support Executives with matters that require use of discretion and judgment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fintech, banking, tech, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Prior experience in investor relations or board support, preferred.
- Understanding of the fintech/banking industry landscape.
- Previous experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
