Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Client Manager to join our growing team in Naperville, IL. In this fully onsite role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of healthcare clients, delivering tailored compliance solutions, supporting retention, and driving long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive communication and white-glove service.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with client needs.
- Problem Resolution: Address service issues quickly and professionally, balancing client satisfaction with business goals.
- Client Retention: Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and implement effective retention strategies.
- Solution Delivery: Leverage insights and client data to recommend compliance solutions that improve operations and drive value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, billing, and support teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about healthcare compliance trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings to better advise clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of success in client management, account management, or B2B sales. Healthcare industry experience is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Organized & Results-Driven: Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-Centric: A passion for helping clients succeed and forming long-lasting, value-driven relationships.
- Problem-Solver: Analytical thinker who can assess data, identify challenges, and develop effective client solutions.
