Specific Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts or support the Program Manager in managing these accounts.
- Establish rapport and explore new business opportunities by regularly visiting customers to understand their needs and provide sales support.
- Ensure that committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and fulfilled.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, account receivables, and inventory holding.
- Provide updates on supported accounts.
- Analyse existing account opportunities and threats.
- Manage projects, including planning and execution.
- Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) implementations, including quotations, planning, and execution.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in any discipline.
- Min 3 years and above in program and or project management experience in supply chain industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and good customer orientation.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Good judgment & decision making.
- Able to travel for business or project if required.
