Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage the greeting and proctoring process for IELTS Digital Exams. You will assist test takers during check-in, validate their credentials, and remotely proctor multiple candidates during live test sessions. You will also identify and report any challenges, malpractices, or frauds as per exam guidelines.

Main Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth and secure exam experience, providing support to candidates, and upholding high standards of quality and compliance throughout the test session.

You will verify candidate information prior to each exam, assist with queries during the check-in process, and escalate urgent issues as needed. You’ll ensure inquiries are directed to the right teams and follow up where appropriate. Accurate and timely completion of data logs and forms is essential, as is achieving daily performance targets while maintaining service quality.

You will also be involved as a proctor, where you will remotely monitor up to six candidates per session during live exams, typically requiring 3–4 hours of continuous attention. You will be responsible for enforcing test protocols, identifying any irregularities, and reporting them in line with established evaluation procedures. This includes documenting candidate behavior, updating logs, and supporting candidates who encounter technical issues by completing incident reports promptly.

In addition, you are expected to follow all information security guidelines, report any breaches or misconduct, and ensure full compliance with organizational policies, including the code of conduct and IT regulations.
