Job Purpose
To guarantee the supply of raw materials and secondary production products in due time, with the quality required by CPL and at the lowest possible cost.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage daily purchases of raw materials:
- Review daily raw material and packaging purchasing needs in D365 by launching purchase orders to approved suppliers.
- Analyze and launch intercompany purchase orders when it is not possible to request deliveries from external suppliers.
- Monitor the needs of those raw materials for which there is stock out and look for alternatives in order to satisfy the needs of the customers as soon as possible.
- Analyze the different supply alternatives (local contract/import) to maintain an adequate level of supply, cost and stock.
Keep the system updated:
- Review daily purchasing parameters for raw materials and packaging (Safety Stock, MOQ and Lead Time).
- Enter annual contracts in the system.
Supplier sourcing:
- Actively seek alternative local or lower cost suppliers for raw materials.
- Negotiate the best possible conditions in terms of price, lead time and cost for the selected suppliers.
- Coordinate with QC (Quality Control) the approval of raw material samples from alternative suppliers.
Intercompany material sales:
- Review raw material requests from other divisions and communicate acceptance or denial based on internal needs.
- Transfer accepted orders to production for preparation.
Stock control:
- Monitor stocks and consumption of raw materials to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Control consignment material consumption and its monthly communication to suppliers.

Requirements:
Education
- Studies in ADE, International Trade, Logistics or similar.
- Training related to fragrances or similar (desirable).
Professional experience
- Professional experience in a similar position (2-3 years).
- Professional experience in the industrial sector.
- Professional experience in the fragrance sector (desirable).
Other knowledge and requirements:
- High level of Spanish (C1-C2).
- Upper intermediate level of English (B2-C1).
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office/ERP (essential).
- Valid work permit.
