Key Responsibilities:
- Mediate and resolve conflicts professionally and constructively.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure ongoing performance evaluations.
- Monitor and report workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handle administrative tasks related to staffing changes, such as layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leave management.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs, including onboarding for new employees.
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews.
- Onboard and offboard employees
- Ensure workplace punctuality and attendance compliance.
- Prepare payroll data for the accounting department.
- Organize and plan staff events, parties, and other engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA or Diploma in Human Resources.
- CHRP or equivalent certifications in India such as CHRMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or NIPM.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in an organization with 200+ employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with task management software preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, SAP, or Namely is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in employee relations.
