At Commify, we're dedicated to fostering a strong culture of connection. We are looking for a Account Manager to join our Nice Team. You'll be responsible for managing your client portfolio's growth by introducing new SMS use cases and marketing additional communication channels like RCS, Email, and WhatsApp Business. The other half of your time will be dedicated to prospecting new clients to encourage their use of our communication solutions.
The Role:
- Providing a high level of service to existing customers. Contacting customers in order to propose and sell our Upsell solutions ( RCS- Email- Whatsapp Business).
- Your role will also focus on outbound and new business calls. Identify ICP and persona and daily contact prospect in order to propose our solutions.
- Work towards KPIs - number of calls, number of opportunities created, opportunities, closed etc.
- Identifying customer requirements in order to upsell existing and new solutions.
- Maintaining the CRM (Salesforce) – for both new and existing customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and service offering.
- Promotion of a positive team culture and team working.
- Fulfilling other duties as and when requested (Support and more).
Desirable:
- Experience in the telecommunications, SaaS, or marketing communication sector.
- Technical understanding of online marketing and e-commerce in general.
The Person:
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Be results-focused, delivery-driven and have a good understanding of sales activities.
- Experience in B2B client relations.
