Hybrid Junior Visual Content & Marketing Support bei 4flow

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support the creation and standardization of internal visual materials—such as presentations, sales decks, and marketing content. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with basic design and formatting skills who is eager to grow in marketing and visual communication.

What your new challenge will look like

• Support the editing and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and internal documents

• Help ensure consistency and visual quality across slides and materials

• Assist in preparing visuals for sales and marketing use (charts, mockups, banners, etc.)

• Perform  image editing using tools like Photoshop, Canva and/or Illustrator

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to adapt existing content

• Support small tasks in reporting, organizing content, or analyzing simple data sets

• Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for formatting and basic layout work

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms

• Strong communication skills in English

• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and processes

• Basic understanding of marketing or business communication is a plus

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• Attention to detail and an eye for clean, clear presentation

• Available to work in a hybrid model in Campinas

• Bonus Points for:

• Previous internship or freelance work with design or communications

• Interest in B2B marketing, branding, or sales enablement

• Familiarity with Google Slides, Adobe tools, or Excel chart creation

• Basic understanding of marketing/ business communication and/or logistics is a plus
