Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and business processes, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. The Salesforce BA will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
   - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce capabilities.

2. Solution Design and Documentation:
   - Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce development and configuration.
   - Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design and document scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

3. Salesforce Configuration and Customization:
   - Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other functionalities to meet business requirements.
   - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
   - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
   - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.

5. Deployment and Support:
   - Coordinate deployment activities and ensure smooth migration of Salesforce changes from development to production environments.
   - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, addressing any issues or enhancements related to Salesforce systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CRM implementations.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (DEV402) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is a plus.
