What Your Day Will Look Like
- Interact with our 50+ isolutions crew members and be part of an enthusiastic, supportive HR team
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding and offboarding (altas/bajas)
- Maintain and update HR data in our systems
- Support the payroll process
- Administer sick leaves, holidays, and other employee absences
- Coordinate language classes and complete FUNDAE documentation
- Respond to employee requests and help solve day-to-day HR queries
- Support legal matters and assist with preparing audit documents
Your Profile
- 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar position
- A strong affinity for IT — you’re comfortable working with tools and digital systems
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Curious and solutions-oriented — you find your way through unfamiliar topics with ease
- Warm, trustworthy, and organized — you grasp things quickly and work efficiently
- A natural organizational talent, able to set the right priorities with a pragmatic approach
- Higher education in Business Administration or a related field, with further training in Human Resources or initial experience in a similar position
- EU citizenship or Spanish work visa
- You're based in Barcelona
